About the Role

The Junior Art Director is an emerging creative talent at Cossette. A key support to senior teams, they learn the fundamentals of concept development and design craft through osmosis, close mentorship and real project exposure. JADs are expected to be curious, collaborative, and relentlessly eager to learn. They’re developing their eye, their ideas, and their understanding of how creative translates across channels. They must be open to feedback, willing to stretch, and ready to contribute to the creative process with energy and ambition.
