As a Junior Grower, you will utilize your previous supervisory experience to manage climate, irrigation, and production systems effectively. This position calls for a self-motivated individual who is capable of performing supervisory tasks while also engaging in hands-on responsibilities such as transplanting and harvesting. Your knowledge of food safety and IPM will support successful operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage greenhouse climate and irrigation systems
• Plan and oversee vegetable crop production schedules
• Train and supervise a dedicated team of workers
