The Junior IT Support Specialist will support day‑to‑day IT operations across CSMC’s secure engineering environment. You will provide hands‑on support for systems, software, hardware, networking, and Microsoft‑based enterprise tools, ensuring that employees can work effectively and securely.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users, and working across a broad IT stack — from workstation setup to identity management to troubleshooting secure computing environments.
