Junior Mechatronics Engineer

I‘m hiring engineers.

Mechatronics, embedded, computer vision — any combination. What I need is someone who opens problems up and comes up with efficient, optimized solutions.

The work is broad. Edge AI, industrial automation, sensor fusion, hardware-in-the-loop simulation. Building hardware and software that has to be optimized, efficient, and modular. Some of it ships today. Some of it is for things in the pipeline.

You‘ll work directly with me. No manager layer, no HR, no waiting for permission. Idea on Tuesday, build it Wednesday.

The job is in Giridih, Jharkhand. On-site. Travel across India, mostly Pune.

Salary: 15–35k, based on what you‘ve actually built. Not what your degree says.
