Close agreements on top accounts.
Negotiate implementation of activities that increase ROS.
Execute and track promotional activities.
Tracking, controlling, and executing point-of-sale material.
Develop and manage the promotional plan for your territory (Logical Paths) based on the delivery of business priorities.
Manage the performance of the territory / channel / account on a monthly / quarterly basis, working with the clients / distributor to guarantee delivery of the forecast and budget (volume / value / execution) in line with Bacardi Scorecard.
