We’re looking for a Junior Platform Specialist to join our Quote and Buy team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Salesforce technology and eager to grow their expertise across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You’ll play a key role in supporting our business by managing day-to-day platform requests and ensuring smooth operations for our Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Handle BAU (Business-As-Usual) requests from business stakeholders for Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Support configuration, data management, and troubleshooting within Salesforce platforms.

Collaborate with the Sales Cloud Platform Specialist and Marketing Cloud Automation Manager to deliver enhancements and maintain system integrity.
