We’re Hiring: Junior Restoration Project Manager
Axicon Group is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Restoration Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who wants hands‑on experience in insurance restoration and residential construction while working alongside senior PMs and site teams.
About the Role
As a Junior Restoration PM, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll be involved in day‑to‑day site operations, communication with trades and adjusters, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing restoration projects (water, fire, mold, and general repairs)
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules
- Support scoping, estimating, and documentation (work orders, change orders, photos, reports)
