Junior Support Engineer (L2)

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that designs, builds, and delivers innovative products. The IT Support Engineer will provide support for Flex Enterprise Collaboration Technologies within the Americas during shift periods.

• Deliver ServiceNow L2 support and manage collaborative ServiceNow operations.
• Provide collaboration support and project execution for automation processes.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Customer focus and willingness to schedule support availability.
• Knowledge of scripting, database, and development is a plus.
