Reporting to the Executive Director of Employee Services, this role emphasizes strategic leadership and expert guidance on all labour relations matters. You will lead collective bargaining processes while ensuring compliance and fostering workplace respect across the district. This position demands a blend of interpersonal skills and political acumen in addressing complex labour issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead collective bargaining and contract administration efforts
• Present labour relations updates to Board and leadership
• Develop district-wide trainings on best practices
• Act as the primary advisor for local and provincial labour issues
