Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to own and grow our relationships with our US-based Education customers, who currently use Boclips and Listenwise.
Our customer base includes K12 schools and districts across the United States and a growing set internationally. The main responsibility of this role will be to manage renewals and retain existing accounts, ensuring a strong customer experience throughout the year and driving successful annual contract renewals.
Historically, our retention rate has been extremely high with a rate of over 100%, and we are looking for someone who can maintain this standard while delivering an outstanding level of support and partnership to our schools.
