Join Citi's Kafka team as a DevOps Specialist, providing critical technical support and management in a dynamic DevSecOps framework. Support Kafka production operations for enhanced service delivery.
As part of the Kafka as-a-Service (KaaS) App & Infra Operations team, this role is integral in managing Kafka’s operational stability and functionality. With a minimum of 5 years in a relevant operations role, you will be responsible for collaboration with engineering teams, daily operations, and the implementation of business continuity procedures to achieve service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute follow-the-sun support for KaaS operations
• Perform start-of-day checks and continuous monitoring
• Manage critical operational processes like Problem Management
