Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop strategic key accounts, building long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Identify and unlock growth opportunities (cross-selling & upselling) within existing accounts, particularly across installed packaging systems.Lead commercial negotiations, handle objections, resolve conflicts, and ensure fulfillment of contractual agreements.Proactively prospect new business opportunities within target industries and markets.Collaborate internally to support business planning, forecasting, and achievement of commercial KPIs.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including procurement, supply chain, planning, operations, engineering, quality, marketing, and innovation teams.Perfil buscado (h/m)
