The ideal candidate will have a strong background in key account management, CRM systems, and retail operations, with experience working with major grocery retailers.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process key account orders efficiently
• Handle routine customer inquiries, respond to emails, and follow up on customer requests
• Advise buyers and personnel on product availability, inventory levels, and sales tools
• Communicate with operations team on incoming and outbound shipments
• Manage the entire GS1 listing process (Create, upload, confirm listings)
