What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic company accounts, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Develop and implement solutions with customers to enhance product competitiveness and outcomes.
- Build and maintain senior-level and C‑suite relationships to drive market expansion.
- Partner with multiple business units to align account strategies and support stabilization and growth initiatives.
- Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales success.
- Lead the development and execution of short-, medium-, and long-term account strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
- Ensure achievement of account budgets while supporting all business units across Colombia.
