We are searching for a strategic and driven Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. You will be the primary liaison for our major public sector clients, focusing on long-term relationship health and sustainable sales growth.
The Role
Your primary mission is to retain the top customers and to nurture those key relationships over time. The KAM becomes a strategic partner and advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit and sales growth. You will manage a portfolio of major accounts, ensuring high retention rates while uncovering new opportunities for mutual benefit.
