Key Account Manager - Soriana (MTY)

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the strategy and execution of key accounts within the modern trade channel (Chedraui and La Comer), driving profitable growth, strong in-store execution, and long-term client relationships.

This role requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial relationships with key accounts (Chedraui and La Comer)
• Define and execute commercial strategies to drive profitable growth
• Build and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) with customers
• Negotiate commercial conditions (pricing, promotions, assortment, shelf space)
• Monitor key business KPIs: sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory levels, rotation, fill rate
• Ensure strong in‑store execution (visibility, promotions, availability)
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance)
