Key Account Manager

Fleet Consultant / B2B Key Accountant (Mexico City) – Changan México

We're hiring to join our Sales team as a Fleet Consultant (ICE & New Energy).

Responsibilities

• Drive fleet sales (ICE & New Energy vehicles) in your assigned region.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, leasing companies, and key accounts.
• Identify business opportunities and generate proposals, quotations, and negotiations.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and follow‑up.
• Coordinate test drives, demos, and client visits.
• Maintain an updated pipeline and CRM discipline.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet sales / B2B automotive sales.
• Strong client portfolio (a key requirement).
• Experience with leasing, corporate sales, or procurement processes.
