Position Summary

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will report directly to the Director of Sales, Canada and own responsibility for Wet N Wild, Physicians Formula, Lip Smacker, and Black Radiance across assigned Canadian retail accounts, with Walmart Canada and Loblaw/Shoppers as the key focus. This role owns the day-to-day customer relationship and is accountable for delivering annual sales targets, executing customer strategies, and ensuring flawless in‑market execution across brands and categories. The KAM will operate as a true business owner at the account level, translating strategy into action. The KAM will manage forecasts, trade spend, assortments, and promotions and partner closely with internal teams and brokers to deliver results that align with Canada’s overall P&L and growth priorities.
