You will manage the full finance function, lead month-end processes, and deliver insights that influence growth. This role involves overseeing payroll, cash flow, and regulatory compliance, as well as leading system improvements, particularly with QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage general ledger and ensure financial accuracy
• Lead month-end close activities including reconciliations
• Oversee revenue recognition processes for placements
• Prepare monthly statements and actionable insights
• Manage full-cycle payroll for multiple provinces
