Now Hiring: Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
Coho Joe Café – Sointula, BC
What You’ll Do
- Run day-to-day kitchen operations from open to close
- Plan and execute seasonal menus (breakfast, lunch, soups, specials)
- Manage food ordering, inventory, and cost control
- Maintain consistency, quality, and efficient service flow
- Train and lead kitchen staff (including entry-level cooks)
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
What We’re Looking For
- Strong cooking skills with solid kitchen experience
- Leadership ability – you can take charge and keep things moving
- Organized, productive, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Experience with menu planning and ordering is a major asset
