• Configure Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance modules
• Troubleshoot Kronos Clock Terminals and InTouch devices
• Manage access requests and interface job monitoring
• Conduct code reviews and ensure solution scalability
• Document processes and support user training sessions
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Kronos Consultant
• Knowledge of Employee Groups and Labor Category Profiles
• Strong issue resolution abilities for integration challenges
