Job Description Role Descriptions 3-10 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant with a strong focus on UKG Workforce Central. Experience on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) is plus. Experience in configuring Kronos for: Timekeeping Scheduling Accruals Attendance Activities Attestation Experience in setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can handle client interaction. Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components. Maintain Business Structure setup and troubleshoot Intouch Devices. Proficient in setting up Manager Access requests. Knowledgeable in reviewing, creating, and modifying: Employee Groups Labor Category Profiles Labor Category Entry lists Organizational Sets Knowledgeable in configuring new person records and understanding the concept of Function Access Profiles.
