• 3-10 years of hands‑on experience as a Kronos Consultant with a strong focus on UKG Workforce Central
• Experience on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions) is plus
• Experience in configuring Kronos for:
  • Timekeeping
  • Scheduling
  • Accruals
  • Attendance
  • Activities
  • Attestation
• Experience in setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can handle client interaction
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components
• Maintain Business Structure setup and troubleshoot Intouch Devices
• Proficient in setting up Manager Access requests
• Knowledgeable in reviewing, creating, and modifying:
  • Employee Groups
  • Labor Category Profiles ...
