Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and guide patients through specimen collection
• Conduct phlebotomy and holter monitor procedures
• Carry out special test collections and maintain records
• Manage client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Prepare and send specimens for laboratory testing
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved Laboratory Assistant program
• Experience in phlebotomy is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
