Join the PSAC as a Labour Relations Legal Advisor, a full-time, temporary position focusing on strategic employee relations advice. This role is key to navigating legal complexities within a unionized structure.
You will work alongside the Labour Relations team, providing insights on staffing, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution. Your legal expertise will play a critical role in managing compliance with multiple collective agreements and ensuring effective union-management interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer legal guidance on union-related disputes
• Represent the organisation at grievance and arbitration hearings
• Develop and implement supportive HR policies
• Analyze and interpret employment law and board decisions
• Support collective bargaining initiatives with strategic advice

• Law degree and membership in good standing
