Classification Salary Level IV -$105,386 - $132,320 (Effective January 1, 2025)

This contract hybrid position combines responsibilities in member engagement and organizing. The incumbent will lead and support union organizing drives and certification campaigns while also delivering programs that enhance member engagement, bargaining mobilization, activist training, governance support, and internal campaigns.
