Position Overview

The Land & Right of Way Acquisition Specialist is responsible for securing land rights to support infrastructure, energy, and renewable resource projects across British Columbia, with a primary focus on projects in the Thompson‑Nicola Region of BC. This role combines field and office work, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, the ability to interpret property information, and thorough documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and project success. In this role, you will facilitate project progression by negotiating agreements, coordinating approvals, maintaining accurate and defensible records, and building strong relationships with landowners, Indigenous communities, municipalities, Crown agencies, regulators, and internal project teams.
