Landlord Liaison - Project Home

SLCS is currently seeking a Full‑time Landlord Liaison for Project Home. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with other staff to support youth, adults, and families at risk of homelessness in maintaining safe, appropriate, and permanent housing.

In this role, you will partner with private and non‑profit landlords and property‑management companies to support the landlord‑tenant relationship. Duties include mediating tenant‑landlord conflicts, informing and supporting both parties on their rights and responsibilities, guiding them through the Residential Tenancy Act and Landlord & Tenant Board processes, and mitigating tenant‑related risks. You will develop positive relationships with landlords and educate them about the diverse populations occupying their units to reduce stigma and discrimination.
