Landscape Crew Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to oversee daily operations on high-end residential and commercial landscaping projects throughout Prince Edward Island. Oversee day-to-day operations on active landscaping worksites

Coordinate and lead field crews to ensure projects progress efficiently

Organize workflow, assign priorities, and maintain productivity on site

Monitor workmanship and ensure projects meet company and client expectations

Act as the primary on-site contact for customers, maintaining professional communication
