LaPrairie Works Highway Maintenance Leader

This role is central to managing highway maintenance within specific regions while reporting to the Operations Manager. You will ensure timelines are met for contracts and work closely with CMA personnel to meet compliance standards. Your leadership will be vital in addressing safety and environmental concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all maintenance operations for highways • Communicate effectively with CMA forepersons • Lead responses to winter weather events • Track and manage supplies and resource allocation • Apply HSE and QA/QC Program standards consistently
