Description

The LATAM Regional Manager will be responsible for building, scaling, and monetizing NAGA’s full ecosystem across Latin America, including CFD trading, social trading, IB networks, affiliates, academies, and strategic partnerships.

This is a P&L ownership role with direct accountability for revenue, deposits, active traders, and regional expansion.

Location : LATAM-based preferred.

Core Mission (12–24 Months)

  • Establish NAGA as a recognized CFD & social trading brand in key LATAM markets.
  • Build scalable IB & affiliate infrastructure.
  • Deliver consistent Net Deposits growth.
  • Develop regional acquisition channels with positive CLV/CPA ratio.
  • Create localized retention and monetization funnels.
