Position Overview
 :We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Mexico City or San Jose, Costa Rica, to support all of our sales, compliance and regional activities in Latin America, with a specific focus on channel/partner and public sector contracts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance on compliance, channel/partner distribution agreements, sales and public sector contracts.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations affecting sales and public sector engagements.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including agreements related to channel partners and public sector entities.
Advise on compliance issues related to sales practices and public sector procurement.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
