for full service law firm client, North York.
Job Type: Full Time Permanent.
Target Compensation: From $175,000 to $200,000 per annum, with some flexibility according to experience, plus comprehensive benefits.
Work Location: Hybrid - combination of 2 days remote-based and 3 days onsite at client's North York office, with free parking provided. Onsite work expectations subject always to client business requirements, and may change according to client business need.
Responsibilities Summary Handle commercial litigation files from inception to resolution, including drafting, conducting examinations, arguing motions, participating in dispute resolution, mediations and arbitrations, and appearing at trial.
