Lead AI-Enabled Software Engineer

We are building a Colombia-based AI-transformed pod and need a Lead AI-Enabled Software Engineer to ship production software using AI coding agents as the main authoring tool.

You will direct agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, then review, refactor, and harden what they generate. You will also embed agentic workflows into delivery and raise throughput and quality - apply now.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-ready software with AI coding agents as the primary code-authoring tool.
• Convert executable specs from the PO and Architect into functional, tested, deployed code.
• Architect and integrate agentic workflows into the pod pipeline where they create measurable value.
• Maintain and expand context packs used by AI agents and onboarding team members.
• Review AI-drafted output thoroughly for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
