Lead Application Support Specialist

Overview

Enterprise Architecture Platforms team operates RBC’s Application Portfolio Management application, implementing and managing control processes, enhancements, integrations, and supporting partner teams in updating and consuming APM data. We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to help manage and improve the platform. In this role you will work with other Enterprise Architecture teams on defining and improving controls and processes in the APM solution, and collaborate with clients and partners across the enterprise to ensure data accuracy and proper integration with other systems. You will plan, coordinate, communicate, and execute activities to achieve these goals.
