Lead Barber / Mentor – Full-time, Mayfield Common, Edmonton. Starting wage $18/hour with performance‑based pay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify preferences based on thorough consultations.
• Provide expert recommendations based on face shapes and tastes.
• Demonstrate high‑quality technical skills, including clipper cuts, fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type.
