Lead Barista

As a Lead Barista, your duties include, but are not limited to:

Team Leadership & Training

• Lead & Motivate: Communicate daily goals effectively and keep the team motivated during high-volume periods.
• Lead by Example: Demonstrate excellence in drink/food prep, guest hospitality, and teamwork.
• Training: Onboard and train new baristas on café systems and SOPs.
• Culture: Maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Café Operations & Maintenance

• Open & Close: Act as the first/last person on-site; delegate and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Quality & Standards: Ensure strict compliance with service, product delivery, and customer relations standards.
• Merchandising: Maintain the Café Kitsuné merchandise display (cleanliness, stocking, pricing).
