We are hiring a Lead Breakfast Server at The Element by Westin Calgary Downtown.

Key Accountabilities

• Always provide the highest quality of service to guests and associates, leading by example.
• Train, maintain and enforce all service standards.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests. Report unsafe conditions to manager.
• Ensure department is fully staffed and able to handle volume of business.
• Understand and teach empowerment principles to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Listen and provide support to team members, ensuring associate satisfaction and retention.
• Greet guests as they enter, consistently delivering exceptional service.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive guest service to restaurant guests, staff and culinary production team.
