Lead Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Reporting (2026-0321)

The Lead, Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Reporting is responsible for leading Carewest’s integrated financial planning and reporting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business advisory services. This role is a key contributor to Carewest’s financial performance management framework, ensuring the timely development of high-quality budgets, forecasts, and compliant financial reports, while providing value‑added advisory support to operational leaders. Working closely with the Finance leadership team, operational leaders, and the Carewest Executive team, the Lead drives consistency, standardization, and continuous improvement across all financial planning and reporting processes.
