Lead Business Analyst

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join a large banking client on a 5 month contract working hybrid in downtown Toronto 2 days/week. The successful candidate will join a business process team and will support several RPA use cases across the fraud operations group. Primary responsibilities involve discovery sessions for current state, gathering requirements from stakeholders, defining target state, process mapping, documentation, and working with operations teams to finalize test cases.
