Lead - Compliance, Audit & Risk (ARC)

Supports a state‑of‑the‑art, sustainable, defensible operating environment anchored to key risk‑governance and regulatory expectations; grow ARC’s culture of proactive, practical risk management; and insulate and defend ARC against the impacts of external scrutiny through a multi‑disciplined approach to capturing and sharing knowledge, understanding and mitigating risk, and navigating audits and exams. Supports the business/group leader in the effective implementation, maintenance and administration of first line of defense (1st LOD) programs, including overseeing business operations within the jurisdiction to ensure adherence and efficiency. Contributes to a strong risk management culture through collaboration with other first line employees, and second & third line functions to ensure operational risks are identified, mitigated, monitored and reported on an ongoing basis.
