Key Responsibilities:
• Own technical direction across frontend, backend, and AI services
• Collaborate with PMs to translate product intent into technical plans
• Conduct architecture and design reviews regularly
• Mentor mid-level and senior engineers on complex decisions
• Ensure production reliability in partnership with Platform Engineer
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software engineering with leadership experience
