About the Role

As a Lead Engineer, you will lead engineering aspects across Linxon's diverse projects, including AIS, GIS, BESS, rail & infrastructure, data centers, offshore and onshore wind. You serve as the technical anchor, driving safety, cost efficiency, quality, and reliability at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all in‑house and outsourced engineering work from proposal through construction.
• Manage engineering budget and cost control decisions.
• Maintain engineering schedules, ensuring on‑time delivery and high‑quality outputs.
• Define technical direction, design criteria, and maintain an accurate deliverables list.
