Job Description – Lead Estimator (HCI P&E)
**Role Summary**
The Lead Estimator is responsible for leading complex estimation and proposal development activities while ensuring high-quality, compliant and competitive submissions. The role plays a critical position in enabling global HCI P&E readiness on NPIs, UOP collaboration, and assigned cross-functional initiatives. This position contributes to standardization, governance and scalability of estimation practices across the global P&E community.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Proposal Issuing**
+ Carry out RFQ/tender review, scope definition, solution design, costing and end-to-end proposal preparation for standard and non-standard solutions.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering and other stakeholders to define optimal technical and commercial solutions.
+ Lead proposal planning, including resource definition, deliverables and timelines.
