Lead Garden Designer

Established and growing company (15+ years in business) looking for an experienced Lead Garden Designer and Foreman to join our team. You will work directly alongside our senior horticultural lead to manage high-end properties, execute landscape designs, and help scale our gardening division.

This role balances field leadership with creative design. We are looking for a true peer who can design stunning garden spaces and eventually hire, train, and manage their own installation and maintenance crews as we expand.

Duties

• Garden Design & Consultation: Create functional, high-end residential planting plans, choose plant palettes, and collaborate with clients on softscape layouts.
• On-Site Execution: Overhaul existing beds and install new garden designs with precision, ensuring proper soil prep and plant placement.
