Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for contacting, registering, and following up on potential clients by telephone.
- Generate new potential clients if necessary.
- Provide good customer service.
- Promote the product and offer the benefits.
- Track leads in the system and make appointments for them.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and make and receive calls from potential clients.
- Recover the customer portfolio, including those who visited the lots and for some reason did not buy, identify the reason and offer any possible option or solution to reschedule an appointment.
- Maintain contact with prospects through the corresponding channel, calls or messages.
- Maintain a minimum in the goals of calls, appointments, shows, and sales required by your department.
- Represent the brand and correctly inform about our product.
