Lead Geologist/CPT Department Lead

We are currently seeking to add a Lead Geologist/CPT department lead to our site investigation/CPT team for a full-time position in our Vancouver office.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of technicians in the CPT department.
• Carry out drill-based site investigations, which include, but are not limited to, soil logging during drilling, drill supervision, and performing electric cone penetration testing (CPT).
• Analysis of CPT/Dilatometer data.
• Preparation of technical reports.
• Oversee departmental budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards within the department.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members as needed.
