Lead Hand, Highway Maintenance

At Ledcor Highways Ltd., we’re looking for experienced professionals to support our Foreperson and highway maintenance crews. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, organization, and safety-first approach will help ensure the success of our team and the safety of the traveling public.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with daily tasks including safety toolbox meetings, equipment inspection, and road condition inspection reports
• Support Foreperson in the planning of work to meet contractual milestones
• Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew
• Operate equipment on work sites as needed
• Help ensure health, safety, and environment related concerns are addressed promptly
