Lead Hand/ Landscape Tech

Ready to take the lead? Alderleaf Land and Tree Services is hiring a Lead-Hand Landscape Technician to help manage our growing mowing and maintenance routes. We are looking for a mechanically minded operator who wants to get paid for their efficiency.

• The Work: Commercial mowing (stand-on equipment), precision trimming, driving/logistics, and basic equipment maintenance.
• The Pay: $30/hr starting wage + Production Bonuses (Pay-for-Performance) available.
• The Schedule: 25+ hours/week with a clear path to full-time.
• Requirements: Valid Driver’s Licence and clean driving record are required. Experience with commercial mowers and a proactive attitude toward gear maintenance is a must.
