Lead Hand- Warehouse - Morning Shift

Position Description

• Oversees daily operations, coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks while directing the team to meet production goals and safety standards
• Supervise, mentor, and train warehouse associates, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and ensure proper storage.
• Safely operate and train others on forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Complete shift reports, documenting production delays, damages, or shortages.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly safety inspections as required
• Maintaining a clean and organized area, including proper disposal of waste
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere company policies and procedures
• Supervise and monitor incoming delivery trucks.
